Arnav Gupta wreaks havoc with a fifer in DSO U17 Tournament
Don Bosco High School Matunga took on Mumbai Police School during the DSO U17 Cricket Tournament on December 26 at Azad Maidan, Mumbai. Mumbai Police School won the toss and elected to field.
Put into bat first, Don Bosco piled up 129/2 in 10 overs. Riding on Shravan’s unbeaten 59, which came off just 25 balls, Don Bosco put up a daunting total on board. Shravan hammered eight boundaries and a six in his entertaining innings. On the other hand, Mumbai Police School’s Uqba and Prince were the only wicket-takers.
In reply, Mumbai Police School were bowled out for a paltry 28, losing the match by 101 runs. Uqba was the lone warrior in the fight, scoring 10 for Mumbai Police School. On the other hand, Dos Bosco’s Arnav Gupta was the wrecker-in-chief with the ball, scalping five wickets.
