All-Rounder Virendra Yadav scalps a 6 wkt haul as John Bright clinch an easy win in the Kanga League ‘18

Gaud Saraswat after being made to bat first were all out for 168 runs in 53.3 overs with their opener Abhinav Singh fighting it out alone batting from start to end scoring 83* off 151 balls. Leg-break bowler Virendra Yadav was the pick of the bowler coming up with impressive bowling figures of 6/25 in 7.3 overs. It was a good display of spin bowling by Virendra as he kept on giving timely breakthroughs.

John Bright in reply scored 192/4 (FO) with every batsman of their chipping in with good starts. Virendra who took 6 wkts also chipped in with the bat scoring 36 at no.3 while opener Prateek top scoring with 43 as John Bringht CC won the match on 1^st innings lead.
