All-Rounder Kunal Bhavsar’s quick 19 ball 52* does the job for Nomura Ninja in the Dreamz Corporate Trophy, Elite T20 ‘18

Quick fifties in a T20 match are a treat to watch as they are nothing short of a roller coaster ride with hits and misses, big hits and some electric boundaries. Mohamad Shahzad’s 16 ball 74 was a testimony to that in the T10 league and now Kunal Bhavsar does it in a T20 with a 19 ball half century helping his team win with a commanding ease.

B4U after being made to bat first were bundled out for just 96 runs with Mangesh taking 3 wkts while all-rounder Kunal taking 2/6 in 2.5 overs. Chasing 97 runs, the openers gave a start but it was Kunal coming at no.3 and changing the game with his blazing 52* off mere 19 balls laced with 7 fours and 2 sixes. It was his firecracker batting which ended the chase in mere 10.4 overs as Nomura Ninja won the match by 7 wkts and almost half of the overs in the match to spare.

It was a clean win for Nomura team at the Cross Maidan where in Kunal was adjudged man of the match for his all-round contribution.
