Elevate Sports Academy is mainly a cricket academy in Borivali west. Everything at ESA is result oriented. All our students will be a part of a specific plan with precise physical and psychological goals, which at the end of the particular period is assessed by our qualified coaches. Assessment reports will be handed over to the students (or parents) for understanding the scope of improvement.
We coach our students to tap into their full potential using our basic approach where we form incredibly powerful and valuable habits and create a positive, fun and enjoyable environment in which real learning takes place.
So how do we do this with our Students? We do it by implementing the following in all of our sessions:
1. Every player must feel better about themselves.
2. Build a lasting relationship.
3. Always use positive language and praise effort.
4. Ask Questions (Coaching through questions and encourage the asking of questions).
5. Sessions will be fun and enjoyable.
6. Generate a healthy competition within the students with our Assessment reports.
