Abbott Healthcare wins the finals of T40 Chanawala Bronze Bronze Cup ‘19

Thomas Cook after putting Abbott to bat first scored 247/6 in 39.6 overs which is quite a defendable total. Skipper Abdul Rehman Siddique led from the front top scoring in the all important finals with a solid 82 ball 94 laced with 16 fours and 2 sixes. Ishan Mithbavkar who has been a consistent run scorer for Abbott continued to impress scoring a crucial 47 at the middle order as Abbott reached a respectable total. Both the skipper and Ishan stitched a 120 run stand which proved to be the turning point in the game.

Thomas Cook in reply were all out for 161 runs with Harinder Singh taking 4/19 in 8 overs and Sandesh Bhoir taking 3/29 in 8 overs being the pick of the bowlers.

Abbott won the finals and lift the trophy defeating Thomas Cook by 86 runs.
