1. We deal in auctions of used and new cricket goods and memorabilia and deliver cricket merchandise worldwide. Most of the items including auction items are shipped from India & you may have to pay customs and import duties in addition to the cart total / purchase price depending upon which country you are in. 
  2. Items are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Any item ordered before 8PM IST will be shipped the same day. 
  3. If for any reason an item ordered is out of stock you will be notified immediately by phone or email.
  4. For expedited shipping, please contact us separately via phone or email.
  5. CricketGraph reserves rights to cancel any unshipped order for any given reason. The money will be completely refunded back in such cases immediately.
