CPL 2021 stepped into its fourth day as Swami Vivekananda International School locked horns with Cricfit Academy in a U-16 game at the Kandivali East. Swami Vivekanand has been playing consistently well throughout CPL 2021 and they once again produced a dominant performance to route Cricfit Academy.

Opting to bat first, Swami Vivekananda had the worst start possible losing opener Krish Kanavade in the first ball of the match. Reeling at 0 for 1, another opener Pranay Kapadia tried to shift gears hitting a couple of boundaries and Cricfit Academy struck twice in quick succession to have that batting side at 28 for three.

Aaditya Naik stars for Swami Vivekananda in CPL 2021

While many predicted that it was the end of the road for Swami Vivekananda, Aaditya Naik and Amit Jaiswal shared a crucial partnership to steer their side out of any danger. They added 59 runs for the fourth wickets before Amit walked back after a well-made 19 runs knock.

Arnab Alam tried to keep a check on the scoreboard with four wickets but Aaditya Naik seemed to be in a different mood alongside Advait Lotlikar. They struck everything at their disposal to post a challenging total of 155 runs at the end of 20 overs with Advait remaining unbeaten on 48 off 38 balls while Advait chipped in with a quickfire 22 off just 11 deliveries.
