Jash Ganiga scored a brilliant 56 in a low scoring game as PJ Hindu managed a modest target of 190. Mayuresh Tandel scalped 4 as Vedant Patil took 3. A relatively easy target to chase, Young Comrade found themselves in trouble as PJ Hindu’s Amogh Bhatkal scalped 3 wickets giving away just 10 runs. Chasing a stiff target, Bhatnagar’s Ajit Yadav made the chase happen by contributing an unbeaten 98 turned the tables around. Fenil Soni scored 76 as he contributed crucial runs. Penalty runs of 20 didn’t help CCI’s defence either as it ultimately cost them the vistory.

While chasing a relatively easy target, Parel Sporting found themselves in trouble as well but Ghagre stepped up and contributed 46 with the bat as well alongside Sumeir Zaveri’s 47. With a close finish, Parel Sporting won with an over and 4 wickets to spare.

Chirag Modak’s crucial spell of 4/40 helped Sports Field take an all important lead in the game. Sports Field CC have qualified to the finals of the Ghosh Trophy Finals and will play against the Dilip Vengsarkar CA.
