Held at the Skyline Cricket Ground in Guragaon, Haryana, Avenu Cricket club won the toss & elected to bat first to put GSR boys under pressure by posting a big total on the board.

However, their decision to bat first completely backfired as they were bundled out for just 63 runs in 13.4 overs. It was a poor batting perfomance where not a single batsman was individually able to cross 20 runs. From the bowling side, the destroyer in chief was their right-arm fast bowler Preet who came up with superb bowling figures of 5/11 in 4 overs. He bowled in the right areas and took wickets at regular intervals making the batsman trouble. Preet also got good support from Pradeep & Anubhav who took 2wkts each.

In reply, GSR Boys chased down the score successfully in just 7.2 overs for the loss of just 2wkts. Chandu Sir & Preet remained unbeaten on 19*(22b) & 17*(9) respectively. GSR won the match by 8wkts and 12.4 overs to spare & Preet was declared ‘man of the match’. Cricketgraph congratulates Preet as well as the whole team while wishes them luck for a great cricketing year ahead.
