In an era of fast cricket, the real cricket of staying at the crease for long hours like Laxman and Dravid where a batsman is tested to the hilt has become a rarity and it was good to see Aarya showing that resilience where he smashed 8fours. What’s more he got a great support from the promising Yash Patil who on the other hand took on the bowlers and scored one of the most destructive centuries of Naren Tamhane Tournament. Yash scored a brilliant 159* off mere 96balls laced with 20fours and 7sixes lighting every corner of the ground with his attacking cricket.
