Cricketgraph is the world’s oldest media portal serving grassroot cricketers in India and bringing out exceptional talent to the world and continues to do so and aid cricketers all around the globe. An increasing problem of competitiveness has left numerous good quality academies either shut down or downsize their academies. Immensely knowledgeable coaches and support staff possess the best of facilities but unfortunately due to lack of a prime business plan and limited marketing scope, the increase in volume and growth of the cricket academy is limited.

To help such cricket academies grow, CricketGraph has introduced an unique model of partnership with Cricketgraph for academies. With the Cricketgraph partnership, academies will be provided with consistent media coverage and PR resulting in a broadened business scope. In addition to business growth, Media & PR for academies, exchange programs, uplifting the current coaching staff etiquettes, CricketGraph will also provide opportunities to partner academy students to participate in MCA affiliated tournaments and represent MCA clubs.

Here’s how CricketGraph partnership will benefit the academy:

With the determination to pursue this goal, Cricketgraph is excited to announce a new vertical involving partnerships with cricket academies. With Cricketgraph’s far-fetched social media reach and huge offline networks, this is an incredible opportunity for cricket academies to amplify their current well-being. Talking about social media, with a monthly reach of 1.5 million on Instagram and 1 million on YouTube, the media coverage provided by Cricketgraph will certainly amplify the current state of the academy.

When the academies tie up with Cricketgraph, they have a great chance to not just promote their talented players but also make a name for themselves in the process. With a preceding reputation, partnering up with Cricketgraph is an excellent opportunity for cricket institutes to grow their business ventures as well as their prestige.

Shaurya Sharan produced an emphatic knock of 158 runs playing a mammoth 202 balls by himself to take Swami Vivekanand International School, Kandivali to victory against IES, Mulund in the Elite division of the Harris Shield.

Batting first, SVIS declared the innings with 352 on the board. This huge total was orchestrated by none other than Shaurya Sharan who batted for almost 6 hours to score his runs. With the middle order collapsing, it was him and skipper Swayam Sail’s responsibility to rescue the  sinking ship, and they did. Sail notched up a century of his own, scoring 114 in quick time.  Mann Koli scalped 4 wickets for the IES in that innings.

Chasing, IES were bundled up for mere 216 runs as Swayam contributed with the ball as well, picking up 3 wickets. With a healthy lead, SVIS sealed the game with a first innings lead in the 2 day contest.

In Frame: Shaurya Sharan

Shaurya’s incredible innings was the result of him training hours to prepare. Apart from the renowned school of SVIS, Sharan trains at the Winz Cricketgraph Academy in Borivali under Coach Vikrant Gupta.

You must know Lockie Ferguson, yes? Big, nippy and wicked Kiwi fast bowler? Imagine hitting him for 3 consecutive sixes in the final over of the innings…. that’s what Shashank Singh did on his first outing for the 2016 IPL Champions, Sunrisers Hyderabad against the recent title holders, Gujarat Titans.

Shashank Singh: Debut, Stats, Age, Teams, Parents, IPL, Ranking & More

Singh has been in the IPL circuit for almost 5 years now, previously with Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals. Unfortunately after sitting on the sidelines for such a long time, the all-rounder finally got the chance to showcase his skills and prove himself worthy. Making his debut for the Sunrisers Hyderabad against the mighty Chennai Super Kings, Shashank wore the orange jersey on the field but didn’t bat.

SRH was to play the Gujarat Titans on 27th April, 2020. From that day, everyone knew who Shashank Singh was. With well set Aiden Markram, Abhishek Sharma and Windies monster Nicholas Pooran departing under 3 overs, Shashank Singh finally walked in with the bat.  With Sundar also finding himself short of the crease, it was up to the pair of Marco Jansen and Chhattisgarh-born Shashank.

At his batting position, Singh is dealt the devil’s deal to face the least number of balls with the responsibility to cause the most carnage.  Battling with his nerves, he faced Alzarri Joseph’s 3 balls and scored 7 including a boundary. After facing his much awaited first ball in the IPL, Singh had his nerves calmed and lost in the zone.

With Marco facing the first two balls and changing the strike on the third one, Shashank faced the challenge of hammering one of the fastest bowlers in international cricket, and he did with courage…. pulling the first ball Ferguson bowled for a far maximum over the square leg region!

As if just reacting wasn’t enough, the finisher got creative, walking across his stumps and scooping a ball over fine leg boundary for another six. The New Zealander missing his length as Singh just effortlessly laps the ball.

IPL 2022 GT vs SRH: Shashank Singh smashes HATTRICK OF SIXES in Lockie Ferguson's over, video goes viral - WATCH | Cricket News | Zee News

With two back-to-back sixes, Lockie Ferguson was under pressure to deliver the final ball of the innings. Bowling a half volley, Shashank lofted the ball over the fielder at long off for 3 consecutive sixes! Singh provided the finishing kick which his team desperately needed to reach a competitive total.

Unfortunately, Gujarat sealed the game in a thriller of an IPL contest on the final ball of the game but, who would’ve thought a 4-year benchwarmer could hit 25 runs in just 6 balls by himself against 2 of the best bowlers in the world?

Singh definitely made his mark.
