Day 1 of Shailini Bhalekar was a complete washout at both the venues however day 2 witnessed a full day session of absorbing cricket.

Naren Tamhane XI loosing the toss to Chandrashekar Sant XI were put into bat first,where they lost couple of wickets early on slightly wet picth due to heavy rain on 1st day of the match. It was karan vasodia who stood up for his team and scored fabulous maiden ton of the tournament.Scoring 2×6’s and 10×4’s in his innings of 117 of 171 balls and getting good support from Prasad Pawar playing on 57*.At the end off the day Naren Tamhane XI were 284 for 6,where Left arm spinner Yash Chavan got 4 wickets for 48 runs for his

In  the other match of the tournament where Hemant Waingankar XI won the toss and elected to field first. It was again a left a spinner named Dhrumil Matkar who bowled 23 overs 3 maidens and took 5 wickets for 63 runs and helping his team to bowl out opponents for 229 in 66.1 overs.Vikrant Auti(70),Jay Bista (47) and Akarshit Gomil(31) were top scorers of the 1st innings for Madhav Mantri XI.In reply Hemant Waingankar XI were 38 for no loss at the end of the day.

The protest that was scheduled to begin today, is reported to be postponed as there are some chances of reaching an agreement by the senior officials of the Cricket body.
