DSO college tournament – South Mumbai
 
Khalsa college enters the mega finale of DSO cricket tournament with an easy win against siddharth Buddha Bhavans college.
 
It was Siddharth college who won the toss and elected to field first on a slightly damp wicket at united cricket ground(cross maidan). Khalsa college loosing an early wicket in the 2nd over but it was the skipper Yash Bhojne and Jayesh M. who stood for their side and built a crucial partnership of 40 runs.

Yash Bhojne scored 24 of 28 balls while Jayesh.M contributed 23 of 26 balls for his team. Khalsa college finished their innings for 102 for 5 wicket in 15 overs. In response Siddhharth college bating side got tumbled just for 64 runs in 13.3 overs.It was left arm seamer Yash Bhojne again the star man taking 3 wickets for 7 runs getting good support from medium pacer Viraj Chalke who took 3 for 13 runs. In the end Khalsa college won the match easily by 39 runs with the help of skipper Yash Bhojne contributing in both the department for his team.
 
Now we have to see what is going to happen in the mega finale of DSO cricket tournament(junior college) 2015-16. Will Khalsa college lift the title after long period of time or they will be disappointed again???

DU Inter College 2015-16

After a tight schedule of a series of knockout matches, the quarter-final line up of DU Inter College Cricket Tournament 2015-16 has been announced. The teams that have earned the spot in the top eight due to their excellent performances in the current edition are Delhi College of Arts & Commerce (DCAC), Sri Venkateswara College, Ram Lal Anand College and Hindu College.

The above four teams will join the top four teams of the previous edition i.e Swami Shradhanand College, Aryabhatta College, SGGSCC and SGTB Khalsa College. The group stage will be played from 15th October to 28th October 2015 at four different venues- SGTB Khalsa College, NSIT, SGGSCC and Rajdhani College.
