Sandesh Bhoir shined with both bat and ball helping Abbott win against Lowe by margin of just 9 runs. Having decided to bat first, Abbott scored just 126 runs in allotted 20 overs with Sandesh scoring run a ball 23 batting lower down the order. Sandesh complemented his batting efforts by picking up 2 crucial wickets of Lowe restricting Lowe’s to just 117.

AirTel team continued its winning streak for the second consecutive week of the Dreamz cup defeating Tata Teleservices easily by 30+ runs.
Tata would have loved their decision to put Airtel to bat first as they got their first 2 wickets quickly. But Airtel all rounder Mayur More had different plans. He counter-attacked Tata Teleservices bowlers with a quick fire 75 in mere 56 balls helping Airtel post a formidable 172 for 3 in 20 overs. He was well supported by Ravi Katoch scoring run a ball 32.
In reply Tata Tele could manage only 140 for the loss of 8 wickets. Saksham Jha of Tata Tele scored brisk 71 off 48 balls staying not out. He didn’t get much support from the other end. Mayur More took 2 wickets with the ball. In the end Tata Tele fell short by 32 runs.

DU Inter College 2015-16
In an all important group quarter final match between two of the strongest teams in the circuit, Hindu College edged past Sri Venkateswara College by just 3 runs and bolstered their semifinal chances. Venky College, who have chased superbly in the tournament so far, crumbled under the pressure created by Hindu’s strong bowling line up and fell short by just 3 runs.
While it was Yash Sehrawat who captured 4 wickets for Venky, that helped getting Hindu College out for 174 runs, it required a combined bowling effort from Hindu to stop the opposition from getting to the target. It was led by Navendu Sharma yet again who captured 3 wickets, the most for his team. Three other bowlers captured 2 wickets each for get Venky all out for 171 runs.

Ghai Memorial Tournament
In what can be termed as a complete demolition, New Era Public School defeated Sumer Mal Jain Public School (SMJP) by 10 wickets in their league encounter of Ghai Memorial Tournament being played at Happy Model School.
New Era were better in every department of the game as first their bowlers got the opponents out for a below par score and then the openers chased down the total going hammer and tongs and finished the game within 29 balls.
