Ghai Memorial

In match no. 10 of Ghai Memorial Tournament, bowlers from both teams went for quite a few and in the end it was bat vs bat to decide the fate of the match. West Delhi Cricket Academy first conceded 257 runs in 25 overs but chased down the score in 17 overs itself. A perfect example of the domination of bat over ball.

However it was one player who shone right through the match- with both bat and ball, WDCA all rounder Raj. First he managed to captured 5 wickets in an otherwise dismal bowling performance. Then he scored a quick-fire century to help his team chase the target.

Brief Scores:

DPS Vasant Kunj: 257/8 in 25 overs (Sarvesh 101, Naman 51, Raj 5/22)

WDCA: 258/1 in 17 overs (Raj 114)
